Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

El estudio con baño propio de David es excelente. Extremadamente limpio, tiene un buen ventilador, la cama es comoda, tiene baño propio y acceso a una cocina bien equipada y una sala con balcón. El barrio es muy tranquilo, con un parque lindo para caminar y salir a buscar comida y tomar una cerveza por la noche. Es cerca de una estación del metro y a 20 minutos del centro. Es un lugar para descansar al cual quiere uno volver a una próxima visita.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The late check-in was a little inconvenient only because of how early our flight arrived. But our host was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure we could leave our luggage early, and ultimately worked with the cleaning service to get us into the apartment a couple hours earlier than anticipated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient with lots of amenities within short walking distance including the Metro. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Madrid!

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

Mi estancia en el apartamento de Núria en Móstoles, Madrid, fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, Núria fue muy atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Me facilitó todo para que la llegada y la estancia fueran cómodas y sin complicaciones. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y ubicado en una zona tranquila, con todo lo necesario cerca: supermercados, transporte público y zonas para pasear. Me sentí como en casa. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Madrid, elegiré quedarme en el mismo lugar. ¡100% recomendable!"* Gracias de nuevo.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und zu Fuss sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und auch Supermärkte erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre und auch die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt. Trotzdem ist es ruhig, da das Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof rausgeht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und verfügt über alles Nötige. Antonio ist sehr nett und hat immer rasch geantwortet. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in deponieren und auch für unseren Wunsch nach einem zweiten Schlüssel hat er eine kulante Lösung gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Logement parfait pour visiter Madrid ! Très propre et au calme. L’appartement est très bien entretenu. La localisation est parfaite car vous serez à même pas 5 min de la station la latina mais tout se fait à pied quasiment. Beaucoup de commerces et bar à tapas autour. Pablo saura vous accueillir parfaitement, il donne quelques itinéraires pour découvrir Madrid et n’hésite pas à vous donner quelques conseils, si vous le solliciter. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé et c’est parfaitement accessible malgré les 4 étages.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, l’appartement est magnifique, l’emplacement idéal et les hôtes très agréables et de bons conseils.

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

L'appartement se trouve en plein centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, dans un quartier très vivant. Situé au 1er étage, il est spacieux, lumineux et une fenêtre du séjour s'ouvre sur une place. Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement qui est parfait pour un couple. La décoration est agréable, la cuisine et la salle de douche-WC sont bien agencées. Petit bémol, la salle de douche et le WC sont commandés par la chambre, ce qui pourrait créer un inconfort au-delà de deux personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la souplesse de Enrique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et nous le recommandons aux couples qui souhaitent se trouver en plein centre de Madrid.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
