A few days ago a guest told us: Thank you for building your house in this place, and thank you for renting it!!! It was a simple comment that reflects with gratitude the joy of sharing our little place in the world so that others love it as we do. Located 30 minutes from downtown San Martín de los Andes and 40 minutes from downtown Esquí on an internal road in good condition. In the months of June, July, August, and September, have a 4x4 vehicle and snow chains.

Relax at our cozy mountain home and be blown away by the gorgeous, uninterrupted views of incredible Patagonian landscapes. A peaceful & unique place to stay with one double bedroom and one twin room with large bunk beds - perfect for a family. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets on our 16 metre deck, surrounded by nature, with the occasional condor swirling overhead. Less than 10 minutes from the ruta 40, and 20 minutes from downtown San Martin de los Andes.
