Tiene acceso directo a la playa del lago y posee excelentes vistas desde todos sus ambientes. Cuenta con todas las comodidades para que puedas tener una estadía inolvidable: amplio living comedor con ventanales panorámicos, hogar a leña, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero con lavarropas, deck vidriado con parrilla, mesa y sillas de madera.

Casa nueva de estilo nórdico, de ambientes muy amplios, cálidos, luminosos y confortables. Está implantada en un terreno de 2500 m2 en la ladera de un cerro, con hermosas vistas a un mallín. Posee un amplio living comedor con cocina integrada, ropero y toilette de recepción, dormitorio principal en suite con vestidor, un segundo dormitorio con otro baño y lavadero. Subiendo la escalera hay un entrepiso que balconea al living para usar de playroom, con dos sillones cama. Totalmente equipada.
