Recently updated property with renovations matching the photos. They also update two Victorian houses in the front of the property that were updated and used as rooms. Price was great and mostly everything matched the photos on the site and google. For the price it was a great stay.

We loved our stay at the Palmer House. The room was clean and had all of the amenities listed. There were many restaurants in the area and lots of shopping nearby. It was the perfect room for our needs for a weekend in Manchester. We would definitely stay here again.

The Palmer House Resort was a great place to stay for my ski weekend in southern VT. We drove about 20 minutes each to Magic Mountain one day and Stratton the next, and while I wouldn't call this a luxury resort, it was a fantastic alternative to staying at a ski resort in terms of value. The staff were very polite and accommodating, the rooms were clean and as advertised, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Manchester. We were also pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast. I'd happily stay here again.

It was truly awesome to see a well done renovation of a 1950’s motel. The host and reception folks were outstanding. We had fun playing golf and sitting around the fire pit. Loved the place

I had an amazing weekend at the Sundowner. The room I had was amazing, stocked and clean. The staff were awesome and friendly. Great place to relax.

We rented for my sister’s Bachelorette weekend. Don’t let the outside discourage you. The room was gorgeous. Smelled like a cabin, all brand new very clean. The use of kayaks was a great bonus. Would definitely book here again.

This was the perfect place for a weekend trip to Lake George! The inside looked exactly like the photos and it felt like a cozy cabin. Robert is a very responsive host and quickly accommodated the adjustments made to our reservation due to a snow storm. I highly recommend Robert’s place and I would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our Second time staying here in the off season. We love suite 116. On both visits the suite has been extremely clean and decor is so cozy and welcoming. There is a nice big window looking out to the lake and mountains. We will definitely return.

A lovely facility with lots of great amenities! And Laury was a very attentive host.

This spot was such a gem - we will definitely be back! We needed a spot overnight to sleep, but wish we had more time to explore the hikes and amenities. We had a cabin to ourselves, which was perfect and very cozy. The cabin is part of the Jiminy Peak resort- the check-in is at the Country Inn!

Not much to say but just great Maxx was always responsive! The location was promised and clean as he promised!

This is a room at the Kartrite resort and waterpark, just listed on airbnb. When I checked in to the resort, I did not reference airbnb at all...I just gave my name and ID and credit card as you would any hotel. The price seemed similar to what you'd pay if directly booked with the resort. I booked this way bc I had a $100 coupon to airbnb. Maybe you'd have similar motivation. The room includes 4 water park passes. Hours for the park 11 am - 7 pm, so that seemed a bit early to close and a bit late in the morning. Check out of the room is 11 AM, so you have to bring bags out to your vehicle and use lockers and changing rooms for belongings. We had fun at the water park (adult + 2 boys age 11 and 9). None of this reflects on the "host" one way or another, since as stated this is just a means to stay at the resort.

This property was exactly as pictured and had the added benefit of being perfectly located within the building. The room was right next to the main elevator making it super easy to unload our bags and hop right onto the lifts each morning. The view of the slopes was another great benefit as well. We had such a great stay we ended up extending our stay an extra night. We would definitely consider staying again if we make it back up to Okemo!

You really can't beat staying on site at Jackson Gore if you're skiing at Okemo. This property was spacious for our family of four. The price was better for the space than what I could get booking directly through Okemo - there really isn't the same configuration of room available. The room was neat, clean, and had everything we needed.
