“I absolutely loved my stay. The place was VERY clean and Rich was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. When confirming my stay I got a whole bunch of great tips for stuff to do or see around town. The location is hard to beat too. Within walking distance of everything and despite some traffic noise it gets real quite in the evening/night. I also love how the floor is kept so warm so walking around in the morning is great. The big comfortable bed is also very clean, plenty of room for two or stretch out and enjoy. Fridge, microwave and coffee is available and the best part was the fresh cookies waiting for me when I got in... They were heavenly! I found Hudson to be a great little town and will visit again, I can only hope to stay here again”

“We had a delightful stay at Rodney’s home. The attention to detail was very thoughtful and made his home extra cozy. Just a couple blocks from Warren Street meant we could walk to get whatever we needed. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend in this sleepy little town, do yourself a favor and stay at this home. You will not regret it!”

“Ilja and Julius’ place was fantastic. Their hospitality was unmatched and the space is very thoughtfully designed with tons of art and interesting artifacts. It was a bummer not to be able to use the indoor shared common areas (out of an abundance of caution for safety), but otherwise everything was great. Our son loved feeding the pond fish, and I especially enjoyed a relaxing hour in the immense backyard, reading with nothing but nature and my thoughts to disturb me. I think what was especially nice is that despite the house’s grand status (and similarly old age), they were committed to improvement projects to maintain it. Julius spent a day repainting the front deck, and when I told him wasps had taken up residence in the children’s treehouse, he seemed sincerely concerned and vowed to get it taken care of. The only qualm we had was our teeny tiny standup shower in what was otherwise a huge room. Aside from that, it was super close to downtown Hudson, and a delightful respite from the world.”
