You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

In the new kitchenette you will find a counter, a capsule coffee machine and an oven with ceramic hob. Furthermore, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x2m) and a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and shower facility. A cozy retreat on 42 square meters, designed for two people. Very nice and lovingly furnished apartment for 1- 2 people with everything you need. Centrally yet quietly located because there is no through traffic. Easily accessible by public transport (5-minute walk), but also by car, for which there is a private parking space. We look forward to seeing guests who want to relax in the Bergisches Land or who want to pursue an occupation in Hückeswagen or the surrounding area for a while.

Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

In the living room you can find a kitchen, a working space, a couch for relaxing and a bed size 140 x 200 cm. The accessible bathroom with day light has got a shower, WC, basin and washing machine.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
