The LightKeepers Cottage is a unique property bordering the historic Cape Forchu Light house. Its last owner was a direct descendant from the original Lightkeeper James Fox. It is furnished with many interesting antiques, original paintings and prints. The cottage is situated on 3 acres of oceanfront, extending from the Yarmouth Harbour in front to the tumultuous False Harbour behind that lured many ships to an untimely end. The rooms are spacious and comfortable providing spectacular sea views.

Come join us on the Most Southern Point of Nova Scotia. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Walk the many white sand beaches. Lots of wildlife in the area, Deers and rabbits. And of course, an important bird watching area. Two Domes included with an outdoor kitchen area. multiple firepits and decks. Compost toilet outside the Dome. Propane fired hot shower. This is camping with a G! Glamping! So dress for camping on Nova Scotia's coast. We have a wood stove in the main dome for some Winter comfort.

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of open space decorated in mid century modern style and all white shiplap. There is a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.

Highly recommend this place!! I stayed here with three of my friends and it had everything we needed. It was a clear night and the stars were out so bright. This property also has beautiful views of the lake and is in a very peaceful area. To top it off, the host is wonderful at communicating! Check in was made extremely simple for us. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a spot! Perfect for a weekend away with my husband. Check in and out was clear & easy. Sara & Jonathan were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating both online and in person. Their personal touches were extremely thoughtful. This spot had everything we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. The private loft apartment backs onto Sara & Jonathan’s home. The property is beautiful and has a trail that connects to the Yarmouth section of the Trans Canada trail. We highly recommend!

Me, my partner, and two boys had a great time. We book for the weekend to see family and it was fantastic. The place is so close to everything and beautiful surroundings. We have two boys and the felt right at home. Joshua and Dawn are wonderful host and the are always a text away if you need anything. We will definitely be back!
