Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

This sprawling, majestic home situated on a private point boasts spectacular water views and unbelievable sunsets. The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.
