Welcome to Tjeltveit Fjordferie! Newly renovated apartment on garage loft with a great view of Ombofjord, and with good hiking opportunities in the nearby area. Perfect stop for those going on a trip to Preikestolen and Trolltunga. There is a private kitchen and bathroom in the apartment, and there is also the possibility of borrowing a travel cot for children. On the bathroom there is a washing machine and the drying rack can be found in one of the coils. There are duvets and pillows, bed linens and towels in the apartment that are included in the price.

The cabin is located just by the path to Himakånå, and has good hiking opportunities The property is fenced, which makes the place safe for children. The living room window has a great sea view. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 sleeping places: 1 bunk bed and 1 cot with length 150 cm. Please pay attention to grazing animals outside the property. Free parking is approx. 150m from the cabin, to come up you have to go a steep climb but one can drive closer to load off luggage.

What a peaceful place Merete’s cabin is to stay at. Cozy & clean inside, quiet & stunning outside with views over the lake and the mountain opposite. We had a really relaxing time, swimming and canoeing in the lake and visiting local towns. The scenery is amazing. Recommend.

Lovely to come into a warm and inviting home. Everything anyone could ask for in amenities. Very comfy sofa and great tv channels, wifi worked brilliantly. Washer very much appreciated.

We immediately felt very comfortable, were warmly greeted, everything was shown and explained to us and emerging questions were answered quickly!

Wow. what a shame that we booked only for two nights! The property is located at one of the best location we were at Norway, feels like home away from home. The house is well equipped with everything we could have imagined and more. The parking is a bit far from the apartment, but one can get close for unloading the car. The stairs for the upper floor are a bit tricky for the young kids. Nevertheless - totally worth to stay while in Norway.

A very special place with a very special host! Upon arrival, we felt that we had finally found what we had been looking for for a long time. The little house on the lake – or rather on the fjord – is a true gem. Designed with so much love, embedded in a fantastic natural setting, that we felt at home from the first moment. It's not just a place to stay – it's a place to arrive, breathe and linger. You can feel that someone has created something very special here with passion. Many thanks to the host who shared this gem with us. We leave with a full heart and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location right at the fjord is breathtaking and couldn’t be better for a peaceful getaway. We had great success with fishing during our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rental boat was in great condition and added a lot of fun to our trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy nature and some quality time by the water!
