The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. Verden-Ost highway exit 4 km, Niedersachsenhalle 3.8 km. 4.8 km to Verden Cathedral in the city center. Rewe/Aldi, bakery 3 km. Bus stop 400 m.
