The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The Paddock is a detached cottage located in the heart of the National Park. The property sits in the Ullswater valley in the village of Watermillock and boasts views of the lake from its private balcony. It has a spacious garden equipped with a tyre swing and a driveway to accommodate a number of vehicles. You can walk to a variety of pubs, the local camp shop, Pooley Bridge and Aira Force. In the evenings, dine in our open plan kitchen diner and then relax on the balcony or in the lounge.

The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys.
