The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights in the East, with extremely convenient transportation. The bus station is right at the door. It takes 5 minutes to get to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the city center and Auckland War Museum, and 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay. It is only a 3-minute drive from Lloyd Elsmore Park. Here you can enjoy the sun, grass, trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's playground. Next to it is Highland Park Shopping Center, with large foreign supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets. The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is only a four-minute drive away, with a night market every Saturday at 6pm, Botany Downs Shopping Mall is an eight-minute drive away, and Sylvia Park Shopping Mall is a ten-minute drive away. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette for simple cooking. Air-conditioning, HD TV, guest fridge and free fiber optic Wi-Fi available. Plenty of free parking on the street. Brand new bed linens, they are washed after guests check out, to keep the room clean and tidy. Milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit are prepared for guests to have breakfast for the first 3 days. The laundry room is on the owner's side and it is available for use when needed.

The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.
