Vacation rentals with breakfast in Auckland

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

This home is perfectly sized for a couple. It is like staying in an art gallery, always something curious and wonderfully artistic to gaze at on all the walls. Then venture outside and it is further feast for the eyes.. gorgeous sky views from the deck, and plenty of space to walk in the back garden and enjoy all the beautiful plants. Rosetta & James provided snacks in the pantry and drinks and nibbles also in the fridge, and chocolates, such generous hosts who are super friendly. Thank you also for the late check out and responsive communication.

This place was hands down the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire month long trip to NZ! The suite itself was lovely with lots of extra amenities but it was the incredible host that made it such a wonderful experience. Sam is so thoughtful, helpful, and friendly! We felt like we were staying at a neighbours place :)

We had a wonderful stay and have no hesitation at all recommending Jenny’s place. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderfully clean and tidy, comfortable beds, lovely quiet neighbourhood, with lots of shops and quality restaurants nearby.

Paula's place is spacious, and well appointed. All the expected amenities and in a stunning convenient location. Total privacy but Paula and Peter are close by if you need anything. Loved the rain shower and the super comfy couch for lazing around in the evenings. Centrally located to all the great eateries of Ponsonby, Mt Eden, Viaduct Harbour and Dominion Road are a short, cheap Uber away. Loved it :)

Rose was a wonderful host and I just loved staying at this gorgeous bnb. The apartment was exactly as described and was tastefully and practically arranged. The area was very conveniently located with lots of cafes and shops only a short walk away. Rose was a responsive and charming host. I would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again. We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Best location for Auckland CBD ! We really appreciated the convenience of the location of this spacious and airy flat. It is walkable to many places in Auckland’s CBD ! Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

Grace was so accommodating with our request for a long term stay while we waited to move into our new home. Communication was excellent and the place had all the amenities of home. The location was a bit further out than we realized but it was was beautiful and peaceful. Would highly recommend to others

Amazing stay! The place was very clean, furnishings seemed fairly new, and the cottage was cosy. View from the cottage deck was beautiful- in the early morning, mist shrouded the lower terrain and Waikato river before gradually fading away, with the sun rising behind.The night view was wonderful as well with lots of stars. We ordered a homemade pizza from the hosts and it was absolutely superb. They also spoiled us with a sublime chocolate cake and date pudding. Overall it felt like a lot of thought, effort and passion has gone into this bnb, more than almost all (and maybe even all) the bnbs we've stayed at before. We really recommend this place. And do yourself a favour and don't hesitate to order their food!

The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I truly appreciated the little touches that made my stay extra special, like the thoughtfully stocked room and the comfortable bed. Great spacious apartment, love the location, very short walk to Ponsonby high street. A great option in one of the best and most vibrant inner quarters of Auckland

My mother and sister-in-law visited Tersia's downstairs apartment and gave me some great feedback. The room was warm and comfortable with a nice view in a quiet neighbourhood and there was even a lovely fragrance. We were very pleased with the breakfast food and thoughtful chocolates all over the room. We had a nice visit from Cleo the cat, and enjoyed Netflix and Disney Plus.

Hassle free accomodation. Linda went out of her way this weekend for us. Super useful to have a shuttle to Castaways and back too
