Sweet Meadow Lodge

EllieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Sweetmeadow Lodge. The view was absolutely stunning, and my sons loved the hot tub. Inside was warm and cosy, and we loved having the wood burner. The bedrooms were super comfortable and both en-suite, and the bathrooms were lovely and modern. Jo was friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed for a really relaxing, special stay. Highly recommend.

Historic Summerhouse on Private Country Estate

MasonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
this Summerhouse and their hosts were nothing short of spectualr, picturesque and was the perfect place to propose to my girlfriend and I defiantly underestimated the hosts hospitality. the place was so perfect my fiance has decided this is the place to have the wedding. unfortunately for us this place seems too perfect and there will undoubtedly be a long waiting list

Cottage retreat in isolated Welsh hills - sleeps 4

Priyanka DivekarRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a truly wonderful stay at Trish’s beautiful cottage nestled among the hills. The house itself was stunning, featuring charming wooden interiors and thoughtful design throughout. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Trish and Ian were incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. They gave us great recommendations for scenic walks with breathtaking mountain views. They even took the time to show us their other nearby properties, which were equally impressive - especially the one with the huge, cozy fireplace and beautiful architecture. One of the highlights of our trip was spending time with the lovely farm animals especially Jerry the pony, who absolutely stole our hearts! We also met some friendly chickens and George, their lovable dog. For those who prefer not to interact with animals, there’s no pressure but our group of four loved the experience and were grateful to be allowed to meet them. Highly recommend this beautiful stay!

The Meeting House at The Thomas Shop

LouiseRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Thomas House. On arrival, we were given delicious Welsh cakes and a lovely pot of tea and some lemonade for the children. The hosts were friendly and informative and it felt nice to be staying somewhere with some much history. The accommodation had spacious living room/dining room with lots of family space for gatherings. We loved the arched doorways and stone floors. The whole place felt warm and cosy and full of history. One thing was that the small kitchen made cooking a family meal a little challenging but we managed and had fun figuring it all out. We appreciated the milk and bread given on arrival. The upstairs was equipped with large king sized bed, a single bed, and a single futon. They were all in one big room, so not so much privacy but the mattresses were comfortable and we slept very well. I would recommend this cosy, quirky accommodation and would love to stay again if we come back to the area.
