Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.

This stylish 1 bedroom apartment located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!
