In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Beautifully situated on a former farm. Scenic and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountain world, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is located 600 meters from the village center with Ica shop, patisserie, pizzeria, gas station, health center and more. The house is located next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on the raised courtyard where you have access to your own patio.

Johannes’s place was awesome. We were two colleagues on business trip so we couldn’t even enjoy everything his place offered. House was beautiful and surrounding was enchanting. The host was always attentive and responsive. If we will get opportunity we would definitely book again.

Spacious and charming house with ancient origins. Tastefully renovated. Nice and helpful host. Perfect accommodation for a large group on the way to Åre. Would have loved to stay another day to look at the surroundings. Probably even better in summer.
