Welcome to our amazing apartment near the sea, perfect for a wonderful stay with proximity to all you need. Located within walking distance to Näsetbadet and the Smithska cape you can enjoy the sun and swim in a few minutes. Gothenburg is a 30-45 minute bus ride away with bus stop 2 minutes from the property. The home includes a large plot of land, great for croquet or barbecue night, with patio. Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence.
