Vacation rentals with a patio in Houyet

Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

We had a lovely stay for two nights. Good location, everything at a good distance. Opposite the apartment, a good bakery and other necessities. Parking space in front of the door. The apartment was nice, spacious and bright! Also a nice terrace to sit on in good weather.

Julie is very responsive and accommodating. We were very satisfied.

Very nice apartment with great views. We ordered breakfast which was really good and hearty. Communication with FineNest was very clear, friendly and responsive enough to ensure that everything went smoothly. We recommend this place: there are excellent restaurants in Esneux and beautiful hikes to do in the area.

Too much is too much...but when it's true...! Aged, despite us, the accommodation is perfect. Ideal location, in the historic city center, impeccably like home, basic shops at the door for a short or medium stay for reduced strides, multi-solution parking for a vehicle. And then the Ardennes! as soon as you cross the towns or villages. This first Airbnb contact is a success. Recognition.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

Second time we've been there, everything went very well. Stove on for check-in. We enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to see you soon.

We were warmly welcomed by Joël and Nathalie, we felt right at home in a few minutes. The recently renovated apartment was clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The sofa bed is comfortable for two people, including my 1.85 m. The appreciable proximity to the ducal square (a few minutes' walk) does not disturb the calm of the apartment because it overlooks a courtyard. Finally, a nice surprise for aquarists in the common areas, I won't say more🙂... As you can see, we will definitely be back during our next stay in the Ardennes. Thanks!

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

Roeland's cottage is great. Finally, a vacation home with enough space and comfort for the number of beds. There is a folder with clear instructions as well as a list of tips for nearby activities. Plenty of supermarkets very close by.

Nice accommodation a short 10 minutes from downtown Durbuy. Clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious living area. Host is easily accessible and always provides an answer to all questions.

We had 3 very nice days with eight of us in this house. Beautiful kitchen, very nice rooms with bathrooms so that was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good during our stay, but this house lends itself perfectly to cooking/dining extensively and having a drink by the fireplace. However, there is very little to do in the village. It felt like a ghost town with only 2 bakeries open. If you are looking for a quiet environment, this is very suitable, but if you are looking for some 'life in the brewery', there is only the beer tasting of Chimay where you can go and then it stops. All in all, a nice house for a large family or some older company that comes for relaxation.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome right away when we were greeted. There is a railway line and busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything of it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is easy to reach. We came home completely rested.
