Waterfront vacation rentals in Houten

Truly a 5 star experience. Rob met us at the front door (a rare experience these days on Airbnb) and showed us the space. He was knowledgeable of the area and always available to answer questions. Genuinely a lovely person. 10/10

Een klein maar fijn verblijf. dichtbij een winkelcentrum. Ook dicht bij het centrum wat via openbaar vervoer bereikbaar is. ik beveel het graag aan.

Daniel is een heel fijne host. Hij antwoord snel en vriendelijk op vragen. Er zijn duidelijke instructies in het appartement. Het appartement voldoet aan de beschrijving en is zeer fijn om te verblijven. Het appartement is vlot bereikbaar met de auto. Parkeren kan voor de deur of nabije parkeergarage. Het appartement is op een toplocatie om Utrecht te bezoeken. Een aanrader om te verblijven.

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Such a lovely place in a beautiful location of Utrecht! Cor is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. Warmly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment has a nice balcony with large windows. It was generally very quiet and we slept very well. Everything was in a very clean condition, as previously described in the photos and text. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible. Maurits responded quickly and friendly to messages. Thank you very much for this really nice stay in Utrecht! Definitely to be recommended.

Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Evelien's place is perfectly located right next to a gorgeous park but only 15 mins walk into the centre of Utrecht. The house was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Evelien has provided a book with lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do which was really useful. We arrived by bike and there was a secure, covered place for us to store them. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Unterkunft hat uns richtig gut gefallen, liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet. Barbara und Oscar sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, haben an alles gedacht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, zentral und wunderschön direkt am Kanal gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great house. We felt very comfortable all around. Nice, uncomplicated landlady. House very clean and spacious. Everything as described with large, open living / dining area and upstairs the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). We didn't miss anything and we would love to come back.

Wir waren zu 6. zwei Nächte in dieser traumhaft schönen Unterkunft. Der Platz ist völlig ausreichend, mit einem großen Wohnbereich und 2 extra abgetrennten Schlafkojen mit Doppelbetten. Das Haus ist sehr besonders und ein absolutes Highlight. Darüber hinaus sind die Vermieter extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Danke für die schöne Zeit die wir bei euch verbringen durften :) wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Hafen! Es war sehr gemütlich und auch das Stadt Zentrum war zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Kommunikation war auch prima :)

We absolutely loved the place as soon as we arrived we felt right at home. and could imagine ourselves living there. It is such a nice area and beautiful house. and they provide you with everything that you need. They were also super nice. amazing location recommend it 10/10. After staying a few days we needed some straws. and we could just go get them from them. We mentioned we were getting married. and the left us a nice card with some wedding gifts. Very nice hosts

We hebben n heerlijk pinksterweekend doorgebracht in Culemborg in t huis van Jacqueline. In t huis was alles aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. Goed uit geruste keuken Fijne bedden Royale huiskamer met extra koelkast. Maar waar we T meest van genoten hebben is T prachtige uitzicht vanuit eigenlijk overal maar vooral de serre. We hadden niet zo’n geweldig weer maar in de serre was t snel aangenaam met een heerlijk uitzicht op t haventje ( waar veel ruring was?) en een vergezicht over de Lek In een woord fantastisch. Ik hoop er zeker nog eens terug te komen

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unser kleiner Sohn hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt, was uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. A very comfortable stay in a mix of historic and modern surroundings. A lot of steps but not unexpected. Close to amenities. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, a lovely stay!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

What a wonderful place in the heart of a wonderful city. The apartment is spacious, full of light and the interior is just marvelous. Plus it’s located in Amersfoort best neighborhood, central yet calm and private. Linda is a very kind host, and we felt it upon entering the place.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad, het huisje is heel erg leuk en gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een groot balkon op de zonkant. De knooppunten om te fietsen zijn overal aanwezig. Een prachtige omgeving tussen de grote rivieren. Fietsen om te lenen zijn aanwezig in de schuur ( met een zwaluwnestje) Ons verblijf in 1 woord:: geweldig. Bedankt👏😀 Tot ziens.

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.
