Everything about this place was perfect. Great location, very quiet street in a lovely welcoming town. The house was super clean, the binder in the house was a nice touch for clear instructions. Only disappointment was that we didn’t stay long enough to use the hot tub :)

Absolutely amazing for my family of 5!!! Each of my kids had their own room with plenty of space to hang out. Beautiful little backyard with a firepit that we sat around in the quiet evenings. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and felt completely at ease. It's also super close to great hiking trails and a cheap Uber to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Our family had a delightful stay. The home was cute, clean, and extremely well equipped. There wasn't one thing that we needed that wasn't provided. Lydia always responded promptly to questions. The location allowed for complete privacy and quiet downtime. We will definitely return!

Lovely, quiet setting for 3 generations of family members to celebrate a family graduation from UW-La Crosse. Lots of space in the kitchen, dining area and living/family room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, utensils, serving bowls, etc. Felt just like our home kitchen. Jean even checked with neighbors to see which direction would be best for road walking (such as no loose dogs). We returned home from graduation to find a beautiful glass vase filled with happy daffodils waiting on the step for us. Highly recommend this property and host!

Our family outgrew local hotels, and this home was the right size for the right price. We weren't entertaining, and didn't need an outside space, so this home was a good size for us to sleep and use our downtime.

When we arrived, Kody was just finishing mowing. Peaceful setting looking out over the valley where the corn was growing, hay being baled and the creek. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay again in the future while visiting family in the area. Kody recommended a short travel route on gravel to a hard/pavement surface which made trips to and from New Albin or Caledonia easier.

Great place to stay while our boys competed at the WI State track meet at UW La Crosse! A quick, 20-minute drive got us out of the hecticness of the meet and into a peaceful, picturesque neighborhood. Arlene was accommodating and friendly, and the house had a charming cottage vibe with some modern fixtures and amenities. (The bathroom remodel was particularly nice.) We would certainly stay there again!

The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. There was an apartment downstairs but I don’t believe anyone was staying there….so no noise from downstairs apartment. I would recommend a car for traveling to restaurants and other activities. It wasn’t really walkable to much. We went to a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights so it was great for what we needed. Would’ve been nice to have a second bathroom but we managed and it was just fine. Lots of closet space for clothes and kitchen had everything we needed. The steps up to the second floor were narrow and steep! Overall it was a nice clean place to stay!

we LOVED staying here. it was so cozy and clean. we felt right at home. erin was very responsive. the town was so peaceful. we can’t wait to come back and book with erin!

Was a great place to stay. Close to anything you wanted. Riverfront, bakeries and eateries. Was there for my daughter’s graduation and didn’t have to drive. Would recommend ! Only drawback is it’s a walk up no elevator. But that was okay.

Mark was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay comforting. The place was exactly what we needed and was exactly as described. Every time we visit La Crosse this will be our first place to look for availability!

Sandy & Ed have a beautiful place!! We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was super clean & organized.! The layout was great—very spacious. Staying with two young kids we appreciated the window shades & how dark the bedrooms got. One bed was very soft. The other bed was pretty firm. The kitchen & bathroom were well stocked with all the essentials. Everything was well labeled including the light switches, which was nice. Lastly, we loved the private patio space right outside the living room! We didn’t utilize the grill or fire pit, but enjoyed sitting out by the patio table both mornings soaking in the sunshine in the beautiful wooded backyard. While we did occasionally hear a little bit of upstairs noise, it was very minimal and not bothersome to us. Overall we were very impressed & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located place in LaCrosse!!

Great weekend stay here, comfortable place and the best bed I've slept in. Well-located to the main part of the city, but still felt private and residential with lots of greenery.

Great stay. 100% should check out safe house saloon and grab some pizza. Other than that everything was immaculate. Perfect location. Beautiful scenery

It was the perfect girls weekend house. We had everything we wanted. The home is beautiful. We sat on the deck each morning and sipped coffee and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and towels and linen were fresh and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short two night stay. The home is ideally located next to a Kwik Trip for any forgotten items and a bar/restaurant next door. It was the perfect home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deck was phenomenal as the weather allowed us to use it morning, noon and night. The kitchen space allowed us to have more than 'one cook in the kitchen' without getting in one another's ways. The amenities and extra touches were so thoughtful - Impact Coffee at the coffee bar and a bowl of sweets as we entered - to name a couple. We love walking around Decorah. Since we were in town for Luther College graduation, we had easy access to both downtown and the college. We also had runners staying and the access to the Trout Run Trail was ideal for them. Sean introduced himself to us as we were packing up and we were able to personally thank him for his hospitality. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay within walking distance of any need in Lansing. Easy to find and plenty of space for activities. Great owners who are quick to communicate and friendly.

The apartment was clean, big, and had everything we needed! The previous reviews are true that the kids and dogs from the unit above were loud at times. The noise didn’t last too long and it was never past 10 pm or before 8 am. They are people just living their lives in their home, so if you are staying here, you have to be understanding. The only issue would be if you are a light sleeper. The bed was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were clean, and the AC worked great. Would stay again!

The Loft was very nice with a well-equipped kitchen and an extremely comfortable king bed. Everything was very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

The Loft was perfectly located in downtown Waukon and in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars. The studio is very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely consider coming to this place again if we are visiting Waukon.
