This centrally located basement apartment in Happy Valley is just 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! It's not too large and not too small but just right for 4 guests. It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.

Cute and quaint ranch house located in Houserville, PA... about 2 miles from Downtown State College and 2 miles from the University/Beaver Stadium/Bryce Jordan Center. Easy access to PSU via back roads. Plenty of space, 3 BDRM/1 BATH, large deck, 80" TV and large kitchen. Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. No Pets NOTE: This is a new AirBnB and we are getting it up to speed. It is very simple but clean. We appreciate feedback on your stay and any amenities that may be required.

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people.
