The house is equipped with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating in all rooms, hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Around the house you can enjoy the 60 m2 wooden terraces overlooking the fields and forests. By car, it is a few minutes' drive to East Jutland's best beach where you can swim all year round and see the northern lights in season. The surrounding area offers an incredibly delicious bakery, cheese shop and grocery store. Aarhus is 20 minutes away.

The apartment is bright and airy and is located on the 1st floor with its own entrance and with access to a small cozy "courtyard" with cushions and parasol and gas grill Minimum age for children is 10 years. We live in the living room and you can expect normal “noise” from us, but we are generally quiet and calm. THE PRICE INCLUDES BED LINEN, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS, DISHCLOTHS, COFFEE, TEA, UTILITIES AND CLEANING. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and unfortunately pets are not welcome. You can charge your electric car about 150 meters from the apartment.

You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.
