This is one of our apartment hotels opened in 2019 in Shinjuku. The nearest station is Shinjuku-Gyoemmae Station, a 5-minute walk. There are many great restaurants nearby, including the Michelin-starred ramen SOBAHOUSE Konjiki Hototogisu.

This apartment with elevator, located on the 6th floor, offers a spacious 38m² of living space. It has a kitchenette, two tatami bedrooms, and a separate bathroom and toilet. And a bathtub!

Thank you for choosing The Moto Hotel Shinjuku, an apartment hotel that opened in 2019.
Our facility has only six apartments in total. We also operate other apartment hotels in the Asakusa and Ueno areas.

Facility Information
1. Self check-in: There is no front desk at this property (housekeepers are on site). Room keys will be prepared and placed inside the room.
2. Housekeeping: on a daily basis. (Includes trash collection, bed-making, and towel exchange.)
3. Linen change: Bed linens are replaced for stays of 4 nights or longer.
4. Laundry room: Located on the 6th floor.
One washing machine: coin-operated (JPY 400 per load, detergent dispensed automatically)
One dryer: free of charge
5. Entrance: The entrance door remains unlocked at all times.
6. Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. A smoking area is available on the basement floor.
