It's a great house for a large group, the house is in a very quiet and beautiful area but also very close to downtown Hossegor. It's winter and we haven't been able to enjoy the garden, but it's beautiful and in summer it must be wonderful.

Very nice and clean family villa. Accurate to listing photos. a peaceful place close to the center of Hossegor and Capbreton. The garden is great, well maintained, well planted. The heated pool at 29° is really a plus, we were able to enjoy it every day even when it was cloudy. Big plus for us, the house is fully equipped for small children (we have a 2.5 year old and a 3 month old baby): baby bed, baby bath, high chair, plastic dishes, baby pot, swing and trampoline. Thanks to Phil for his responsiveness during a small everyday problem. In short, we loved the stay!

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

beautiful apartment at a beautiful spot, right next to the ocean. spot check for surfing can be made right out of the kitchen window, which was an absolute bonus! we were 6 people and the sleeping space is rather tight, no problem for us since we are close but just keep that in mind. :) would absolutely recommend and come back again!

Right on the beach, super great view of the waves at all times if you like to surf. Very nice home-feeling Airbnb with everything you need to cook food.

We spent 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips about the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very beautiful, the beach behind the dune as well. We also rode a lot by bike, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

Very well located apartment, beach, restaurants, surfing, nice decor, well-equipped, pleasant living room, adult room with comfortable bedding, children's room to be reserved for children and teens because beds are small for adults. We had a great time!

Great stay at Ugo's. Ideal location on the marina of Capbreton and quiet. Close-by shops and restaurants (bakery, small supermarket...). Bike paths next door and about 15 minutes from the sea on foot. Parking in front of the residence (free at this time of year) Charming little apartment with all comforts. Everything about it is excellent I had a great time in this beautiful area and I'd love to go back! Thank you very much!

A perfect stay for a diving weekend in Cape Breton. The apartment is conveniently located to enjoy with the terrace as well. beautiful views of the canal, the port, the channel, the harbour master's office, etc. The accommodation is very functional and lacks nothing. A big thank you.

Missing a TV (heavy rain day... ) I took the computer and hdmi cable" but for nothing. The allocated parking space (2) is difficult to access. We stayed on the street. ++++ Super nice apartments, very tasteful decoration. AND large. IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Hossegor. Close to everything💜. Recommended. And I'll come back🧡

Perfectly located accommodation for a surf weekend, we didn't want for anything. Franck and Karen had made everything available to us: bed linen, towels, coffee, toilet paper as well as great recommendations for places to eat. We'll come back without hesitation!
