We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Atrium Manor

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Karolówka is a property located in the center of the village, just behind the Zdrojowy Park. We offer you a holiday in a year-round cottage heated by a fireplace. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a TV, and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, fridge, (a set of dishes and silverware for preparing meals and drinks). There is a covered terrace in front of the cottage. A parking space, a gazebo, and a grill are available to guests.

I invite you to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrzu. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Ale Chatki - Ale Luksus

The second hut is an old, stone-built barn. We called it AleLuksus, because when we started the renovation, it turned out that only noble materials fit the old stone. We made tables from oak wood. From the time-worn demolition boards came the beautiful kitchen door. The washbasin was made of river stone, and the sink of granite mass. The cherry on the cake is an infrared sauna made of larch.

Roztocze, Susiec, Paary - Bee and Friends

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park. A large yard with an orchard to the east and to the west borders directly with the picturesque fields typical of Roztocze from the north with the above-mentioned Forest.
