We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Atrium Manor

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. I invite you to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrzu. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Roztoczańska Chatka is a place where you can really slow down – it smells of the forest, birds are singing all around, and you can often see squirrels from the terrace. The cottage is located near Zwierzyniec, and the surrounding trees give privacy and comfort. Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.

A more than 100-year-old yard at the end of the quiet village of Paary between Suśce and Narol in the Central Roztocze. The property is located in the Solska Forest Landscape Park.
