Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

Casa Vista Alegre is located in the city center of Horta, being easy to move on foot to the different local shops, restaurants, hypermarket and to the famous café Peter and marina of Horta. Porto Pim beach as well as different pedestrian mountain trails can be reached in 10 minutes. This property has 3 floors, a fantastic view of the island of Pico to an outdoor area with barbecue area. The house will be occupied exclusively by the people who rent the space.

There is one big bedroom for 5 people ( 1 double bed, and a bunk bed for 3 people), one living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a toilette.
