Be our guest! Great mid-century home in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Fort Collins. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and more. It is tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. Come relax in the hot tub and kick back at the gas fire pit. The backyard is fun for kids with a play structure and various yard games. No cleaning, stripping beds, dishes, or other expectations required of guests. Walk to the stadium, CSU and peaceful spring creek trail.

Convenient and complete with cozy neighborhood charm. You have choices galore with 10+ restaurants in a 4 block radius from the place. Your morning coffee cravings can be satisfied at Starbucks or my personal favorite, Little Bird Bakeshop.
