Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Beautiful small apartment Eisenach - Bath/Wifi FREE

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

Eisenach and Rennsteig can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The regional train station Wutha is within walking distance in 15 minutes The apartment can also be rented for a longer period of time by students, commuters or fitters. The apartment is equipped with a desk and an extra Wi-Fi router.

Great stay with Franziska! The bungalow is really great – perfect for the two of us. The small terrace is pleasant, well located, and the pool is also great. The bungalow was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for a getaway. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back !

The place was well located, about 15 minutes' walk from the main train station, and a few houses away was a bus stop. Unlike the listing, there was WiFi and a washing machine in the apartment. There were several shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Excursions to the Wartburg or to the nearby hiking trails, such as the Landgrafenschlucht, could be easily reached by bus. For a new visit to Eisenach, I would stay at this property again.

We (4 adults, 3 kids, 1 dog) had a great stay at Gislinde's. We were received super nice, everything was super clean and beautifully decorated! The table tennis table was in great demand:) For walking, it is perfect behind the house in the field, next to a fascinating playground with extraordinary play equipment! The half-timbered house is definitely highly recommended!

Perfect stay! Everything was exactly like in the pictures — clean, cozy, and in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
