ATTENTION: Pier and yard are shared space if there are other renters. Use at your own risk! Boats maybe moored during use. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS OVERNIGHT!!!

Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
