Not far from the Zanzibar and not far from the Golf & Spa Hotel Budersand, it is the perfect base from which to enjoy the breathtaking nature of the island of Sylt with its east and west beaches and to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries with numerous wellness, sports and leisure activities.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The apartment has its own dishwasher and a washer-dryer installed in the kitchenette. VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
