Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Our private upstairs loft is welcoming and spacious and altogether separate from our main home (above our detached garage) and overlooks our beautifully tranquil, heavily wooded 5 acres. It is very similar setup to that of a hotel suite. Enjoy two private decks and quiet country living. We are only five minutes from The Hyatt Lost Pines resort. Close to Austin yet just far enough away. If privacy, peace, and the best value in the area are your thing, then you've found the right place!

This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.
