We had a great time at the cabin! It was well maintained and Ben gave very helpful directions on how to get there. It was stocked with everything we could need, and the outdoor shower was a fun addition as well! We loved how close it was to watkins glen as we enjoyed kayaking, fishing and some great restaurants in town. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again for sure!

We chose to stay here for a trip to Watkins Glen State Park. The home was spacious with beautiful and quiet surroundings. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed it a lot.

A miniature donkey and a sheep coexist peacefully in a grassy area. Surrounding trees are bare, indicating a seasonal change. The vibrant green grass offers a natural setting, which complements the rustic ranch atmosphere.

Chris and Ron are wonderful hosts. They were kind and offered assistance if we needed it, which we really didn’t. They definitely have the place set up with lots of helpful notes providing assistance with light locations, how to turn things on and off, etc. We loved the map of the property, hand drawn by one of their sons! Staying in the suite was a very private, peaceful experience, and we are very grateful for our time there. The location in the woods speaks to me, as I grew up in a remote area of Vermont, and spent a lot of time in the woods. We didn’t have an opportunity to take Ron up on the pizza offer, but we will on another visit! Thank you, Ron and Chris!

So nice to stay somewhere so secluded and feeling like a semi rustic cabin, but with full utilities and a lovely full kitchen and bath, it's hard to find both! Everything was lovely and comfy, LOTS of stuff already in the pantry for cooking, lots of windows to enjoy the view, and even with 4 people we never felt too cramped or on top of each other. Noting that as well as enjoying the peak of fall leaf season, we were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights here, so glad we were somewhere with very little light pollution for that.
