A peak-a-boo ocean view from the SW facing deck, and hiking and bike trails, and waterfalls just short distance. The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Downtime Dodge Vacation Rental

Get a little downtime in our newly renovated space located beside the best mountain bike trails in the area. Full kitchen, bike wash, in-suite bike/ski storage, and outdoor sitting area included. Blocks from the main street and access to trails. You can ride right from your door! Downtime Dodge has all you need to rest and relax after a day on the trails in the summer, slopes in the winter, or seeing the sites of the beautiful Comox Valley. Come and enjoy all that Cumberland has to offer!

The Quadra ferry is a short walk away and is a great chance to explore a beautiful part of the Discovery Islands. Our suite offers a peek a boo view of the ocean and mountain landscapes that make for a stunning sunset backdrop. We are very close to the famous Parksville beaches and the highway to Tofino.
