Our half-timbered thatched cottage is part of the former stable of our 18th century renovated farmhouse in the small but charming village of Domsten on the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. The beach is a short 2 minutes walk away; the marina 5 minutes. Domsten is an excellent base from which to explore South-West Sweden and North East Denmark (a 20-minute ferry ride away). Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
