Romantic Mountain Getaway - 1 Hour to Yellowstone!

AllysonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wow what a great stay this was! Our first time in Montana and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. This was an immaculate little cabin that truly felt so cozy and just like home. I’m a little picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place couldn’t have been cleaner, which thrilled me. The hosts also left a very helpful book filled with great recommendations for restaurants/stuff to do. About an hour drive into Gardiner and the north entrance for Yellowstone, very doable and easy drive. Even though we didn’t bring our dog, being dog friendly is a big plus. We will definitely be staying here again when we return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect cabin with great views. Also Depuy Spring Creek is right down the road and is famous for the great fishing opportunities!

Yellowstone Mountain Condo

LoriRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The condo was beautiful and the views were stunning. Condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. One in our group recently had foot and leg surgery making the entry/exit a bit difficult. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a grocery store very close. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been helpful to know there was not an elevator prior to booking.

Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin

This was a perfect Montana getaway spot for our family . This is such a peaceful, beautiful place. We found it to be the perfect balance between accessibility (about an hour from Yellowstone’s North entrance and an easy drive to get groceries , shop) and solitude (away from town enough to enjoy the quiet and the gorgeous views from the porch . ) We loved Rosa’s Pizza and Tru North Cafe. We would definitely recommend !

Yellowstone Paradise

Very beautiful location and modern place. There is a train that goes through and you can hear it but it's not honking it's horn all the time like most trains do. Bring a spotting scope because there's lots of wildlife around the place! It's in the mountains so there's lots to see.

The Mountain Yurt (as ft. in Condé Nast)

MissyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Exactly as pictured! The yurt is cozy with an incredible view. The layout is unique—small, yet thoughtfully designed and very functional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We did pass it at first since the 'cul-de-sac' is a rocky area shared with two other driveways, but once we found it, it was just a short walk from the parking area to the yurt. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host responded very quickly and resolved everything right away—I was really impressed with their responsiveness. You can tell the hosts genuinely want you to enjoy your stay while also respecting your privacy. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back!

The Centennial Inn 🚂

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I highly recommend staying at the "train"! Ryan was such a gracious host who recommended some amazing places, and helped make our dream vacation even more magical! the space was close to the hwy but we enjoyed thr peace once the traffic slowed! such a beautiful place with amazing views, with a major bonus of the hot tub after as long day! If you are looking for a place close to the park but also close to town (Livingston is such a fun little town w/ great food and friendly people) I would definitely consider staying here!
