My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Auntie Anna’s Retreat is ready for your winter get away! In addition I will make and serve our guest Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 3 mornings a week! At 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a hot pan of cinnamon rolls will be brought to your door! Auntie Anna’s is set on 34 acres near our personal home. McBee Easy Ranch

Bring your camper and come enjoy the great outdoors. We have partial hookups (septic is on site just not at the set up location) a 30 and 50 amp set up water. We have a small little farm with dogs, ducks, chickens and 3 goats. Within a few miles of the famous bass fishing lake, Lake Fork. 20 mins from Sulphur Springs, Winnsboro, and Quitman. Path of Totality for the 2024 Eclipse. This location is in the path! The eclipse here is TOTAL.

We have beautiful sky views, trees, and wildlife. You can use our outdoor firepit. There’s a stocked pond nearby for fishing. Free Netflix to use during your stay. Also has a Queen air blow up mattress for extra sleeping room.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.

Auntie Meg’s Lil’ Blue Cottage Near Downtown

The little blue cottage, Auntie Meg’s is sentimental, welcoming and ready for your winter get away! It is centrally located near the historic downtown square in Sulphur Springs. So if you enjoy great locally owned restaurants, antique and boutique shopping this is the place for you!
