(GS25) My house provides various amenities such as water purifier, Air purifier and refrigerator etc. You don't need to buy drinking water because there's a water purifier. A bright modern studio in the very center of Hongdae. Minimal yet warm with bright yellow accents, the studio is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, washer(that has dryer function), AC, floor heating(even in the bathroom), a full bathroom, a Queen size bed(1500mm width), a spacious work station/table(1400mm width), and other meticulous amenities you may need. Located on the first floor of a 4 story house building (where my family lives on the top floor) with a separate entrance for you.

Modern Pink House is very good choice to 1-2 guests. It is very close from Hongik university AREX(subway) station and bus station. It has 1 bed room(with kitchen), 1 queen size bed(with premium mattress) and 1 bath room. It is on Hongdae main street. Very good to sight seeing and shopping. Plus, convenience store is very close. And very close from Hongik AREX station too. Only 2min by walk. And it is on fantastic location. Please refer to below description. : )
