Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hong Kong Island

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Jean-Pierre and Dora are extremely proactive in making us feel welcome and were super helpful with whatever we needed. Their helper Charie is the warmest person you could ever ask for to greet you after a long journey. She is both available and discrete. The pictures on the listing do not do the house and the view justice. Highly recommended!

It was out 4th stay at Philippe’s house. Just as last time, we had a fantastic time. Marilou helped us get in and was very responsive.

Wonderful, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and convenient stay in Pui O! Easy access to the beach and transportation (bus and taxi stand). Plenty of room and gathering space for small family/group. Keiko is super responsive and offers good insight should you want it. We would stay again.

We loved Charlie's place. Nestled above the non-stop action and excitement in Soho/Central, Charlie's flat was the perfect refuge on our busy days exploring HK. Charlie was a very kind host - she greeted us on our first day to hand over the keys and was staying nearby in case we needed anything or some help navigating the city. The listing description was accurate, and we found the apartment amenities helpful. The air conditioning system also kept the temperature just right during our stay. While the apartment wasn't massive, it had all of the essentials, including a several seat table that my friends and I could hang out at and eat meals. The location was also fantastic. Right in between Central, Soho and Sheun Wang, very close to the elevators and LKF, and a short walk to the metro, we couldn't have asked for more. The flat also felt very safe and there's a great café directly across the street. Thank you for your hospitality Charlie - we'd definitely stay here again!

We l loved our 2 week stay here! We had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for everyday swims and paddle boarding especially to the 1st and 2nd beach too if you wanted. The views from the top floor are incredible! It is spacious house and had all that we needed from the kitchen and washing facilities. The neighbours are also super lovely. The journey up to the buses and public transport is a healthy walk up that we did everyday, it was a full work out but ordering a cab to the house is just as easy. We would stay again for the location and spaciousness! Thank you!

The terrace was such a luxury in urban Hk. Sadly some construction noise nearby stopped us from fully enjoying it. The place is spacious and well-equipped, and Louis was very accommodating. Thank you and will book again if there’s a chance!

great location only 15 minutes walk from Hong Kong Station (Airport Express Hong Kong Island) and easy access to Macau and Kolwoon Ferry) and MTR line is 2 minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy's apartment. It was in a great location and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the apartment cool. I used the iron and ironing board several times. It was also quiet and peaceful, despite being in a busy neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, with good restaurants just down the street and two MTR (subway) stations within walking distance. The Fortress Hill station has a large 7 Eleven next to it, with an extensive selection of groceries. King's Road is just a block away, and there were several bakeries and great take-out food options along the way to the North Point MTR station. We had our clothes washed several times by a friendly woman at a small laundry place just down the street and around the corner. All in all, this was a great AirBnB experience for us.

Yu was a fantastic host. Very responsive and flexible with both check ins and check out. The place was spacious and in a central area that was easy to commute to and from. We had two small kids, strollers, and lots of luggage which made the 3 floors of stairs challenging.

I lived on Cheung Chau for 22 years. Really nice place, convenient location. Sea view is excellent, good for sunrises, alleyway to get there is a bit dank, but that is Cheung Chau. Way better than the hotels and b&b on the island. So good comparative value. Excellent host and excellent communication, really about the best I’ve had on Airbnb. Airbnb could do a lot better on the location map, very misleading especially if you know the island like I do. About a 1.5 km walk away from where Airbnb puts the pin so they should really improve that.

Host is very responsive, friendly, and very accurate with the instructions. He is also kind. He even let us stay even after check-out time due to heavy rainfall. The place is easy to find and is in a very good location especially for transportation going to different tourist spot. Very great stay. 🥰❤

Great place to stay if you are looking for a long weekend getaway. Perfect location for hiking and the house is beautiful. Has all the amenities necessary (minus an oven) for the perfect weekend. I suggest bringing all your own groceries from home as the grocery shops are limited there. Highly recommend not getting there when it’s dark as it’s a little more difficult to navigate the village.

Peaceful enjoyment, a warm local vibe, access to nature, access to city by ferry, and a home that can stage access to our best selves through healthy daily routine. Always looking for unique places to stay that fit these needs, and we got all of it in this home, no complaints. Julian was a gracious and responsive host. Thank You 🙏

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pierre’s. The apartment was clean, well equipped and modern, and in a great location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and lots of transportation. Pierre was really helpful, easy to communicate with, met us at the flat and showed us around and checked in on us during our stay. We would definitely stay again when we next visit HK!
