The whole top floor is divided in to both a large lounge, library and pool table area as well as a well equipped Gymnasium and Yoga / Dance room. Enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay at my centrally-located apartment. Unique location facing a playground allows for a rare bright and green open view in the middle of Soho. It is 2 min walk to the Central escalator, 8 min walk to the MTR, 1 min walk to the first restaurants of Soho, and has a lift. Air conditioning and heating (valuable in winter) with split unit air conditioning inverters. A Bose bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi oven, will make you feel home even more.

Studio apartment 2 minutes from the Peng Chau ferry, 10 minutes from the beach and family trails. Peng Chau has no cars, just bike and foot traffic. The ferries run almost every 30 minutes and take less than 30 minutes to get to Central. It's the perfect get-away for people who want to be near the city and still get away from the city. If you are a "creative" or want to work from home, and end the day swimming in the ocean and watching the sunset from the beach - this place is for you.

Amazing Seaview 1 bedroom whole flat @ HKU mtr

Katriona’s Airbnb is in a fantastic location, right across from an MTR station with tons of restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store just steps away. Every listed amenity was provided and thoughtfully arranged; the dehumidifier was especially useful for laundry. The view is amazing, and the large windows keep the space bright. Closing the east-facing blinds creates privacy while still maintaining most of the view. The mattress is firm; I used the sofa bed instead, which was softer and more comfortable. The main downside was the neighbors: they woke around 6:30 a.m., opened their door to the hallway, and were quite loud every morning. They also occasionally burned incense in their hallway shrine, and the smoke seeped under the door, this is common in Hong Kong but worth knowing. Internet was ~50 Mbps at first, but swapping in my travel router boosted it to 150 Mbps. Overall, a great place to stay—convenient, comfortable, and I’d definitely book again!

Great location with great views. Was a little confusing at the entrances but the guards are very helpful. The apartment has everything needed for a short or extended stay. Nice living room entertainment area. Very complete kitchen and laundry area with a spotless bathroom. If I drop by HK again will look for this place again. Thanks!
