Had a great stay at Nick's for almost a month. Always felt safe and at home. Apartment is really spacious and matches the description provided. Little far from the city centre but local transport facility is nearby. Nick is responsive and the care taker is very helpful. Apartment is in a peaceful locality and close to supermarkets and local restaurants.

Ruvi s place was very cozy and comfortable and i spent 3 nights with my son who attends a near by uni . the house was clean and the kitchen had all utensils to cook that we only had to buy groceries .Air conditioning was good and it kept the whole flat cool and comfy . The bathroom was small but kept spotlessly clean . our stay was great and i recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Homagama.
