Amazing view and cosy cabin. Was a lovely place to relax and we took the kids for walks to the beach, in the woods and visited the local arts center in Berger that was quite impressive. You need to be comfortable with an outside shower though :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mette's house. It’s located in a very quiet area, right by the forest, with the sea within walking distance. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The cat was a lovely addition, and our son loved playing with it.

I would love to give more stars possible on the Airbnb platform to this location. 😊 The family of my husband stayed at the house during our wedding celebration. My father-in-law needs a quiet and spacious place because he has very delicate health and uses a walker to move around. The house was perfect. Here are the points that I think are important to tell; 1) Mobility friendly. Have a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a lot of space for those who use a walker. 2)View. For people that want to rest and need some quiet. The view above the city and overwhelming in a good way. 3) Parking. Easy to walk from the parking area to the balcony and inside the house. My father-in-law was very pleased with such a facility. 4) The kitchen and living room share a view of the city. 5) Garden. I really want you to know that very well take care. Just amazing. We went to Nicolas' house with 11 people and a baby to vacation there. We felt right at home and there was enough room and space for everyone. We would come back. The large garden with terrace was great for barbecuing, a swing trampoline and other play options were also available in addition to all the fruit and vegetables. An absolute recommendation for a stay with children!

This is a very nice place to relax and take a break from a busy life. We were a small family with two kids and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s located by the beautiful and breath taking Drammen’s fjord. Gunvor who is the landlord is a lovely and kind person and she makes sure every thing is ready when you arrive. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary household stuff. We recommend the place for every one, whether you are family or a couple or have pets, this will be an ideal place to live.

Although we had to rebook spontaneously and didn't get in touch until late at night, Magnus was immediately available and immediately drove to the house to prepare it for us. The interior of the house is very nice but not too cluttered. It was all there, what you need. In addition to the terrace, there is also a small garden where you can enjoy the sun. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

I highly recommend Mette's place, it very spacious with everything you could want. Mette is generous, kind and always ready to help. The view from the balconies is outstanding. if you are walking, it is 20mins from the train station and 10mins is uphill. Also you are in the middle of a 3 story building, and sometimes you will hear people walking around upstairs. Neither of these worried us, I only mention this in passing. They in no detracted from our experience. 5 stars all round. Thank you Mette.

Very nice apartment, close to Drammenselva and Hokksund camping where we had family staying. Everything was as the ad described, the host responded quickly, and we were able to arrive earlier than check-in time. Flexible and pleasant host ☺️

Fantastic apartment, which has everything you need for a nice stay in Drammen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Arrived late after our flight was delayed but Camilla was easily contactable and getting a taxi to the property was easy and everyone was super happy with the house once we arrived…A little trip to the roof for a moonlit view over the fjords was and Oslo lights was magical and was a great start to our Norway trip - the views from the property in general was a highlight of the whole trip. The property was really well styled and functional - couldn’t have been more happy.

After a friendly welcome by the host with recommendations for excursions, we had wonderful and varied days in Norway. Within ten minutes walking distance there is a small lake nearby that invites you to relax and swim. Also beautiful beaches on the fjord are not far away. Oslo can be reached in a short time by car or train (we did not try) - there we enthusiastically visited the Technology Museum, the Fram Museum and the Norwegian Folk Museum and enjoyed the view and the zip line from the Holmenkollen Schanze. Other excursions to Gaustatoppen and Sweden were also very exciting. On quieter days, the children (8, 10 and 12) had a lot of fun with the toys we were allowed to use at Jostein. Thank you for the great time!

Tor and Janne are amazing hosts and were very informative anout the location and their cottage. The cottage and location are even better than the pictures, it is a beautiful and natural location but with a clean and updated house. Very comfortable. This is truly the perfect place for a family holiday or anyone seeking a slice of paradise. We feel incredibly blessed to have created lasting memories here and cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a wonderful couple of days in the house, with several family members. Clean and nice everywhere, good beds, delicious bathrooms. Highly recommended!
