Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Lovely, small, cozy, newly built, non-smoking apartment/studio of high and clean standard with private entrance, suitable for 2 people. Modern, simple, Nordic decor located on a quiet residential road within short walking distance to trains, buses, Næstved city centre, cafés, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for e.g. professionals, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the way outside the residence.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with two beds and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is with double-elevation bed and exit to common garden. From the bedroom there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Attention! Please note that there is an additional fee for adult numbers three and four. It was in the late '80s that you stopped using the building for pigeons and chickens, and which today stands newly renovated by 80% recycled materials that were supposed to be thrown into construction sites, but were instead used to build this fun little home. Charming little house in peaceful countryside surroundings, overlooking lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom and hallway. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.

In connection with the renovation, we have retained the original ceiling height and light input from when it was in use as a studio.
