It boasts some of the most magnificent and expensive properties in the country and lush scenery for the high-profile locals. Public transit is difficult, but available. Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. Our home is half a block away from Magnolia Boulevard, a commercial corridor filled with cafes, vintage clothing boutiques and antique stores. We are located within 3 miles of Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios. We are also half a block off of the Chandler Bike Path. Our space is great for studio professionals, tourists, and weekend visitors.
