What I love most about that place is the customer service. Always helpful and fast with responses when I needed them. Quiet, clean and safe place to stay. Perfect location to stores and the beach. Comfortable soft bed. Thank you for giving me the good place to stay when I needed it the most.

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

It rained majority of our trip so most of our time was spent inside the unit. It was very spacious, comfortable and had mostly everything you needed to feel at home. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. I really appreciate Angel and Alejandro hospitality throughout the stay and quickness to answer my questions. Little points to consider; the shower pressure was good until you turned it to warm then it became very low. Wanted to warm some food up in the oven but couldn’t find any baking dishes/pans to use so ended up having to use the microwave. Also, wish there were more options on the TV. We were stuck inside most of the time due to the rain and traveling with a baby so next time we will probably have to travel with our Firestick as not many options. Overall great place and the view even in the rain was 10/10.

I had a great stay at Rob’s place. The apartment is so adorable. It was quiet, clean, and had just about everything I needed. Being able to enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful balcony was a huge plus. Not only that, but there is access to the gym + pool. Ron’s place really is a steal. There is 24/7 security at the door and a keypad entrance to the building. I felt safe my entire stay. The parking spot in a gated garage really came in handy as well. There were never any issues, but Rob was so nice and quick with communication. He even offered many places to eat in the area when asked. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Olga was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with during the stay. Was able to accommodate early check in and out for us with our crazy flight plans. Location is perfect, just short walk from great food and shopping and on the quieter end of the broadwalk. Can’t wait to visit again, I’ll be staying here!

The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! I would like to stay at this place again!

Our recent stay was nothing short of delightful. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is truly tranquil, and having what feels like a private beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. As those who prioritize cleanliness, we appreciated how well-kept and spotless the property was. It’s clear that the hosts take great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, I did notice the presence of security cameras around the exterior of the property including the back patio. While I understand the need for security, it did take away from our sense of privacy, which is something we value during our vacations with our family. It may not be a concern for everyone, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, despite this minor aspect, the property is amazing, and we would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful getaway in a serene location.

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Steven and Paula were great host. They allowed for early check in and were responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Pictures don't do this home justice, everything was immaculate and beds were extremely comfortable. Very quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen had everything u needed, it was updated and essential seasonings and such were provided. Christina is the best host, so helpful and responded immediately with any questions. She provides the most informative guest book with details about the house, pool, and hot tub for instructions. Along with restaurants for different budgets and activites for your vacation. I look forward to coming back, and would stay at any of her homes listed on AirBnB. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else, better than a five star hotel!

The house was as expected - and matched the pictures and description. Such a beautiful and well kept home. It was perfect for what we needed. Check-in was easy and the hosts were nice and easy to work with. Will was responsive and worked with us on an early check in and a late departure. He was always available and responded to questions almost immediately.

As a group of 6 visiting we enjoyed the stay. Host was always very responsive & house was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommended!!

We just arrived home in the uk from a fantastic 2 week stay at Jordans home. We really wanted to do something different to our usual holidays in Europe and looked to Miami as a destination that could offer great weather as well as a beach/city holiday rolled in to one. After a lot of searching on AirBnb it was this property that fulfilled our needs and at a price we were happy with even though it was located just out of Miami. The house was spot on and the location turned out to be the perfect base for everything we wanted to do. Just north we were able to enjoy the Hard Rock hotel & casino, fort lauderdale, out 1st experience at a shooting range, a few of jordans recommended restaurants, and being big football fans enjoyed a great night watching Inter miami. We also enjoyed visiting Miami regularly, particularly the memorial weekend we were lucky enough to enjoy on Miami beach. Jordan was a professional host and responded well. We have had a truly unforgettable holiday 5*

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en este hermoso departamento de Peter, y reitero lo que dije antes, es el mejor que nos hemos alojado en Miami. Muy completo, además de hermoso, elegante y amplio. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Para la playa teníamos sombrilla, reposeras y hasta un cooler para llevar bebidas frescas! La vista que tiene desde el piso 15 no tiene comparación. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y siempre encontramos lugar en el parking para estacionar. Fue otra estadía excelente. Gracias Peter por todo, y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos ahí! I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!

This is my 3rd stay at Juan Miguel and Alejandra’s pace! Their condo is beautiful and exactly as described! They are fantastic hosts and always so responsive! Already looking forward to planning my next stay here!

This place had everything we needed as a family of 4 with a teenager and an elementary age child. Everything was easily accessible and it felt very safe. Parking was good for Miami. The pool and gym were great. The beach was easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. Walmart is right down the road for getting groceries and a Publix down the road also. The little Cafe on the first floor was also nice. We also did laundry, but you do need a card to load money on in order to use them (just warning because we had our clothes loaded with soap and I was so frustrated my bank cards weren't working) I asked the front desk and they assisted me with this. Hollywood Boardwalk is down the street and there is plenty of parking around there to park and walk it. But the beach next to the condos is fantastic so we spent most our time there. The lifeguards are great and we even witnessed them saving someone. The bed and couch are both very comfortable. It was a great week!

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!
