We are ideally located between Hanover and Hildesheim right on the edge of the field. The fair is only about 15 minutes away by car. Hildesheim with its World Heritage Site is also 15 minutes away. Hikers, cyclists and dog owners can start at the door. Nearby are a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The independent apartment is quiet, cozy and stylish. Welcome to the mill in the small town of Bockenem am Harz. The place is located on the A7 with connection to the A 39. Hanover, Goslar and Braunschweig can be reached in 30 minutes. The Harz Mountains and the surrounding area offer many beautiful excursion opportunities. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful outdoor pool with beer garden (open May-September) are in the village. The apartment is located in the old mill building on the outskirts of Bockenem surrounded by nature and a small river.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Die City Hildesheims ist zu Fuß in 8 Min. erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof in 5 Min. Zur Hannover Messe gelangt man so in ca. 30 Min. Die Autobahn ist ebenfalls nur 5 Min entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man nicht von Autolärm oder ähnlichem gestört wird. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Deckenleuchten mit integrierten Ventilatoren, um im Sommer eine frische Brise zu ermöglichen.

The converted and extended "tea house" is located in the rear garden area of the old inn on the Wohldenberg (now a private house). Originally - more than 100 years ago - the octagonal house was a music pavilion. Later, it was increasingly used by guests for tea and has since been called the "tea house." A few years ago, we expanded and extended it for residential purposes. The bedroom and living room are equipped with a cozy fireplace.
