Spotless and full stocked. The flat is only a short walk to the city centre and has a good amount of local food and drink places. Quick and responsive host to any issues/queries. A decent space for 2 adults and really well decorated, was a comfy and pleasant stay.

Great place to be based while visiting family in York. The flat was super spacious and comfortable, really exceeded our expectations.

Lovely stay in York, being able to leave the car in a private spot during the day and walk to the town centre was definitely a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple cooking and the bathroom was very clean. We didn’t get bothered by neighbours or outside noise during the night so that was perfect ! Gary gave very clear instructions and was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Would definitely recommend !
