EV charger Walking distance to Ica, health center, pizzeria, bus stop towards the city. Driveway for 4 cars. No party allowed. For families with children: soccer goals, ping pong table,dress up clothes, cars & lots of games. Duvet etc is available. During the month of July, we are out of town and cannot provide guests with towels. Silent period 23-07

Fresh villa with wonderful garden & hot tub.

Spacious villa with several patios in the middle of Kullabygden right between Kullaberg's wonderful nature and Helsingborg's pulse or why not just walk down to the sea. It's less than 1km down to the water. Lerberget has a cosy harbor with both bathing jetty and beach. The villa is very fresh and has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining/living room. Here you live perfectly with close to the sea and swim 300 meters to the golf course or a little longer to Höganäs sports center.

Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.
