Situated on a nine acre nature reserve, with direct access to the beach and pristine sea views, our home is one of Denmark’s largest and most private summerhouses. The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

You're a 10 min. drive to the coastal towns of Gilleleje and Hornbæk, a 30 min. drive to Helsingør (Elsinore) and Hamlet's Castle as well as the Louisiana Museum, and a 50 minute drive to downtown Copenhagen. The house is located 500 meters from sandy beach and close to the North Forest with Northern Europe's oldest oak trees. Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.

Beach house by the sea

We are a family of 4, and we build our lovely beach house by the sea in 2011. We spend most of our holidays here and a lot of weekends too. The sea is beautiful here, the beach is made of sand, and the water is warm on summer days.
