The house is located in scenic surroundings with a short distance to a lovely beach 🏖️☀️ The house is modern without being flashy. It has several good outdoor rooms and there are tables and chairs, sun loungers, hammock, benches, gas grill and fireplace. If you like to play, there are various board games, badminton, ladder golf, kings' games, etc. There is a rich wildlife in and around the garden where there are often visits by deer, squirrels, hares and owls.

The house is child-friendly with a trampoline, playhouse, balance bikes, soccer goal, games, baby cutlery, etc. as well as an Ikea high chair.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

It’s spacious and full of light and the living room/kitchen space opens up to the terrace with two sliding glass doors and you walk straight out into the outdoors. Beach is 3 min walk from the house, and you often have the coast to yourself. Beach is very kid friendly. The house is very functional and has 3 bedrooms plus a little loft space. There is an outdoor bonfire place and a Weber BBQ.
