Hidden oasis fabulously quite close to the beach, a short walk away down the alley. Quaint bungalow, artsy, and comfortable. Interesting area and lots to explore. Beautiful garden and nature hosting a great cafe open for breakfast and lunch. Affordable and inspiring!

The room is somewhat hidden in the back and has a sweet cozy terrace with hammock. It is simple and very clean. I would come back anytime, as you feel right at home. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and get to Hoi An super fast by scooter. The property's cafe has very delicious coffee and the owners are incredibly loving. The only negative point: the neighbors are quite noisy at night. They have dogs that often bark at night and at 3:00 a.m. you could hear various activities from their garden that often woke me up. Nevertheless, it was a relaxing stay and absolutely recommended.

Excellent communication from outset. Ha arranged a transfer from Da Nang Airport which worked perfectly and very affordable. Excellent accommodation right on the beach. Also the breakfast was excellent. Great cleaning service. Quiet at night. No security concerns. Al in all I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you

Had a lovely stay. Great little apartment, felt very spoiled, very helpful staff, nice outdoor space with pool, quiet spot yet easy cycling distance to the old town, lots of bikes made available to guests, great breakfast included. Would highly recommend.

A perfect little getaway spot - after a week near old town Hoi An I wanted to relax in a peaceful setting. Trang’s cottage was perfectly located, steps from the beach with two wonderful restaurants on the other side of the wall. The breakfast was simple and lovely (you get a selection). I really enjoyed such close access to the beach - if you walk right on hitting the sand, you are situated with inexpensive chairs, drinks, etc from the locals - and if you want more peaceful seclusion, just walk left and enjoy the sand!

Wooden house has a soul. It's personal, well situated, nice gardens in front and in back of the house. Safe, beautiful, hss all you need for also a longer stay. Small restaurants and cafes close, also other services like massage or tailor in the neighborhood. And Tuyen is so friendly and helpful host! Anything we needed he helped, and more. I warmly recommend Wooden house and Hoi An to people, who want to stay in a smaller town. All is close for the house bikes to reach: city center, beaches, restaurants, gym, the rice fields, all Vietnam! Best of all is to get lost in the neighborhoods small streets and meet the warm friendliness of the people. Vietnam is something special!

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

The room was definitely much smaller than the one showed on the photo, yet for that price it is worth the money. The room was clean and nice, with terrace with nice view on the garden. The house is located 2 km from the old town and if you don't plan use the motorbike or bicycle or taxi (I wasn't) you have to walk that distance on foot as there is no other option to get there. On the other hand the area is very quiet, away from the tourists noise.

Loved our stay here! The accommodation was very beautiful and clean, had everything we needed for a two night stay with 3 friends. The beds were super comfortable, we had access to bikes to ride into old town with and Nguyen was kind enough to let us use them and store our luggage after we had checked out on our last day. It’s a super flat and enjoyable 15 minute ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Nguyen was very kind, welcomed us in and showed us around, and was very kind and informative. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful long stay. We loved also the outside livingroom with the kitchen! There al lot of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Home land was one of our favorites . Trang was very attanded and a super host!

A cute little typical wooden house, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Great welcome from the host who is very available to help. Please help yourself to any of the bikes or the Grab bike app as it is fast and cheap to get around town or to the beach.
